Corradi & Ghisolfi has been designing and building biogas and biomethane plants since 1970. Today, this expertise is complemented by our Biology Division, created to support plants even after construction by monitoring their biological balance day by day, with continuous monitoring and direct access to process data.
Our Method
Our method is based on three complementary elements:
analysis of the digester’s condition;
support with day-to-day plant management;
remote plant monitoring.
Analysis
We carry out targeted analyses of biological process parameters, including FOS/TAC, pH, ammonia, dry matter, micronutrients and volatile fatty acids, as well as incoming biomass, to assess the actual condition of the digester and the quality of the substrate used. Each analysis is accompanied by a technical assessment to translate the data into practical recommendations for plant management.
Ongoing Support
Our team is always available for direct consultation on management issues, technical questions, or assessments related to the day-to-day operation of the plant. Our support is not limited to emergency situations: we provide a reliable and continuous point of reference whenever you need it.
Remote Monitoring
Thanks to the monitoring software integrated into our plants, we can remotely access the digester’s process data.
