ECOLOGY

Thanks to staff trained to work in confined spaces and special equipment built in-house, we are able to extract any material from any location—not only cleaning and remediation in the agro-livestock sector, but also in the construction and industrial sectors, or in the biogas/biomethane sector—while keeping the facility operational during the intervention.

We handle demolition debris suction, ADR transport, emergency response for hazardous material spills, extraction of any material, remediation of hydroelectric power stations, dust and waste suction from steel mills, and cleaning of sludge treatment facilities.

Discover Mosè

Mosè is an innovative Industry 4.0 project developed by Corradi & Ghisolfi for the agro-livestock, biogas, and biomethane sectors. Using the 38-meter Power Mix arm, it allows less invasive, more cost-effective, and energy-efficient interventions to empty anaerobic digesters and storage tanks containing fibrous slurry. The system separates the slurry into solid and liquid fractions, facilitating its management in all seasons and reducing environmental impact.

The solid fraction is stored, while the liquid fraction can be reintroduced into the digesters or stored. Corradi & Ghisolfi is proud to offer its clients this new and unique solution, designed to benefit their business and confirm the company’s dedication to putting client needs at the center.

At Fieragricola 2022, Mosè received the  “Foglie d’Oro dell’Innovazione” award for its innovative and distinctive nature. The Fieragricola Innovation Award is an initiative promoted by Fieragricola in collaboration with L’Informatore Agrario, Vite & Vino, and MAD – Macchine Agricole Domani, to highlight innovative and distinctive technologies launched on the market since January 1, 2021.

Discover Comus

“COMUS Feeding Mobile ®” is a 2024 innovation developed by Corradi & Ghisolfi for the biogas and biomethane sectors.
Designed to temporarily replace the solid biomass feeding system in biogas or biomethane facilities during breakdowns or maintenance, it ensures production continuity. Mounted on a semi-trailer for easy transport, it can be installed quickly. The system sucks liquid from the digester and feeds the biomass-mixed compound into the digester. With a 220 V power socket, the machine loads up to 12 tons/hour autonomously, without personnel, except for the biomass loading operations.

Temporarily connected to a digester or post-digester, it uses hoses to draw in the liquid component and convey the biomass-mixed compound into the digester. All it needs is a simple 220 V socket provided by the customer. After that, the machine is capable of loading up to 12 tons/hour into any digester or post-digester completely independently.

The machine programming is at the customer’s discretion, allowing feeding cycles to be scheduled throughout the 24 hours, without any need for staff—apart from the regular biomass loading operations. COMUS Feeding Mobile ® guarantees:

Quick installation: when available, the machine can be delivered and installed in just a few hours

Continuous feeding of the facility, and therefore continuous biogas productionAdaptability to all biogas and biomethane facilities

High loading capacity (up to 60 m³)

Configurable and remotely monitored management system

The COMUS Feeding Mobile, on the occasion of Fieragricola 2024, received the  “Foglie d’Oro dell’Innovazione” award for its innovative and distinctive character.

Discover Power MIX

Thanks to its high suction and mixing capacity, PowerMix is ideal for maintaining a constant and homogeneous circulation of slurry, helping prevent the accumulation of fibrous materials and content thickening. It reaches maximum efficiency when used in combination with the MOSÈ system, an innovative cleaning service developed by Corradi & Ghisolfi.

This combination allows less invasive and more cost-effective interventions for cleaning anaerobic digesters and storage tanks, while reducing energy consumption and environmental impact. The PowerMix, with its 38-meter arm, can reintroduce the liquid fraction of the slurry directly into the digesters to help dilute thickened material, making the management of digestate simpler and more efficient.
