Corradi & Ghisolfi’s Ecology division in recent days carried out a cleaning operation of an anaerobic digester using the innovative MOSÈ service.
The operation was less invasive, more economical and less energy consuming.
Wastewater is extracted and sent to the separation devices, where it is treated as follows:
♦ the solid phase is conveyed onto two belts for accumulation or loading onto agricultural vehicles;
♦ the liquid fraction can be re-circulated either by recirculation through the POWER MIX mixing arm on the same digester favoring dilution of the thickened material, or into a storage tank or interceptor for direct use as a soil conditioner.
Corradi & Ghisolfi is proud to propose this unique solution in line with green issues. In fact, effluent and digestates are easily managed within the plant in every season of the year, even when spreading on agricultural land is not allowed, thus reducing environmental impact.
